  • 15+ years in fitness industry. Melisa has taught everything from spinning, to Pilates, aquatics. Her passion is Mind/Body wellness and a holistic approach to health and wellness.
  • Specialize in Ashtanga-based vinyasa yoga, Pilates, assisted stretching and Barre, small group intermediate & advanced asana training, family yoga, kids, yoga, acro yoga, partner and Thai yoga, corporate wellness, chair yoga, yoga for health & fitness, meditation practices and mindfulness

  • Offer quarterly yoga workshops

Advice for New Members:

Take as many classes as you can with as many instructors as you can in your first month. We all have different styles, and you will find the classes/instructors that resonate with you. Let your workouts be fun.
