Advice to New Members:

Give yourself TIME. Arrive 5 minutes early to your first class so that you can introduce yourself to the instructor and receive help to properly prepare for the class. Take the class at least three more times before deciding whether it’s a good fit for you. And remember that every person in that room – including the instructor- was the new person at one time! Be patient with yourself!
