Denielle L.
As a local SLO County girl, Denielle moved to Las Vegas in February of 2006 and began her Pole Dancing Career in October 2008. Pole Dancing started as a fun thing for her to do one weekend when her sister was in town visiting. She loved it! Although she wanted to go back for another class, she was nervous about joining a studio and was intimidated by the thought of sharing a class full of strippers and “Perfect 10″ bodies. Instead, she walked into a studio of real women. Everyone was warm and inviting and she knew it was for her. One class turned into two, two turned into a month and a month turned into years. The longer she was at the studio the more she got to know everyone and it wasn’t long before other students started asking her for help. After approaching the studio owner with her interest in teaching, she was brought on as an instructor and received her certification. Her certification was earned through Tracy Gray, founder of Aradia Fitness, in Pole Levels 1–10, striptease, stretch, pole flow level 1 and sensual movement. Since 2010, Denielle has been teaching at Aradia Fitness, based out of the Hard Rock Hotel Reliquary Spa studio in Las Vegas. Being a part of the studio allowed her the opportunity to Pole Dance as a Go-Go dancer which allowed her to perform everything she had learned with her clothes ON. She’s been invited to dance at several local hotspots around Las Vegas. Although she enjoys the thrill of performing, her true love is in teaching others. Denielle shares, “It’s so amazing to see a student learn that trick that they’ve been working on so hard or see a once shy woman circle her hips like a pro.” Today, Denielle continues to advance her craft through private lessons with her “Pole Mom” Trixie. “There’s always something to learn in pole dancing. A harder trick, a new spin, etc. That’s what I love about this sport– you can always out-do yourself. The personal accomplishments keep you coming back for more.” Since day one, Denielle recognized what a blessing it is to have instructors that are supportive and encouraging. As an instructor, she looks forward to sharing her love and passion for the sport with others.
