Intense, fast paced 4 minute intervals using the WaterRowers, TRX, and BOSU. Challenge yourself with non stop cardio and strength training all in one class. Prerequisite: participants must be proficient with both the WaterRow & TRX. You must have taken 3 classes of both modalities or obtain approval from an instructor. Take any modifications you like during class. Because we want to keep the class moving, we will not always show available modifications. A towel is required in this class. Please bring one or rent one for $1 at the studio.;

TRX Tabata is a highly effective form of interval training that engages various muscles while improving both the aerobic and anaerobic systems.  The format incorporates short bursts of intense effort for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period.  This cycle is repeated for 4 minutes.  You will perform 8-10 different exercise segments for a full body challenge. Intermediate to advanced. Must be confident with TRX terminology.;
