Ignition Barre
Ignition Barre is a fat burning, muscle defining, fusion of Pilates, dance and strength training. Ignition Barre uses deliberate strength and stretching techniques to reshape bodies and challenge even the strongest athletes. Our talented instructors will lead a 50-minute class utilizing the ballet barre and will create long and lean muscles, igniting a change in your body.
