TRX Tabata
TRX Tabata is a highly effective form of interval training that engages various muscles while improving both the aerobic and anaerobic systems.  The format incorporates short bursts of intense effort for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period.  This cycle is repeated for 4 minutes.  You will perform 8-10 different exercise segments for a full body challenge. Intermediate to advanced. Must be confident with TRX terminology.
