ROW Triple Play-click for requirements
Intense, fast paced 4 minute intervals using the WaterRowers, TRX, and BOSU. Challenge yourself with non stop cardio and strength training all in one class. Prerequisite: participants must be proficient with both the WaterRow & TRX. You must have taken 3 classes of both modalities or obtain approval from an instructor. Take any modifications you like during class. Because we want to keep the class moving, we will not always show available modifications. A towel is required in this class. Please bring one or rent one for $1 at the studio.
