Alison is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Women’s Coaching and a R.A.D. Women’s Basic Physical Self Defense Instructor. Alison has grown to love exercise for both its physical and mental benefits. Alison uses a person-centered approach to training —where the focus is on the members — involving members each step of the way to make sure their needs are met with the goal to make you feel empowered and energized!
